Product facts

Every piece of Pilgrim jewellery is handmade by skilled craftsmen. The jewellery is made of zinc or brass and the surfaces  are plated either with a top layer of 925 silver or 8-14-carat gold, or they are meticulously coloured in silver, gold, rose gold or hematite. All jewellery is treated with a top coat layer, consisting of a very strong finish to prevent rapid oxidising and to improve durability.

Our goal has always been to make clean products and all metals are 100 % lead and nickel free.  We have random checks conducted by independent testing companies such as SGS or Force,  and we  also obtain documentary evidence from our suppliers that all products are nickel free.

Be aware that all plated surfaces can be oxidised or darkened to different degrees.

Pilgrim uses Japanese quartz movements, and all our watches have mineral glass faces for durability. The cases are made from stainless steel or PVC, while the watchstraps are either genuine leather, nylon, silicone, stainless steel or PVC. Pilgrim watches are also fitted  with long life batteries (2-3 years). All watches are water-resistant (but not waterproof).
