Bought in store
If you wish to exchange or return your purchase from Pilgrim, you can do so in all our stores (except Magasin and Salling) by returning the items within 14 days. If you wish to exchange to another item, an exchange tag is sufficient. If you wish to return an item and get your money refunded, you need to bring the receipt.
If you wish to return or exchange your purchase from Pilgrim bought online, you can do so by returning the items within 14 days. If you wish to return items and get the money refunded, you have to send them back to our warehouse with the invoice, but if you wish to exchange to something else, you can do so in all our stores (except Magasin and Salling).
Please return the item to us in unused condition, in the original unbroken packaging, and with a copy of the invoice to:
NB: All items must be returned to our warehouse address. Unfortunately, we cannot accept packages sent without delivery or to parcel shops.
Please note that it is not possible to return items purchased online in our Pilgrim stores.
However, if you wish to exchange your items, you can do that in a Pilgrim store. Just bring the unused items, in the original unbroken packaging, and with a copy of the invoice. Be aware that, in this case, we do not offer any refunds, regardless of any price differences. Please read more about our return policy in Terms & Conditions.
Please note that the customer pays all costs associated with return of the goods, but imposed no fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Do you want to cancel your order?
If you wish to cancel your order, it is important that you contact our customer service as soon as possible.
We always aim to ship orders on the day they are placed through our website.
If you fail to cancel your order before it ships from our warehouse, you simply have to refuse to accept the shipment
when it is delivered to you. This way, the package will be returned to our warehouse, and the money will be returned to the account
