Shop number/ ref. number (if applicable)
Article number,Quantity (for example: 701632030,-1)

  • Please inform us regularly about your claims.
  • Claims reported using the above email will be processed within 3 working days. You will receive the credit note by email.
  • Please retain the claims for one month after the credit note is issued, in the event of quality check or random control. If you haven’t heard from Pilgrim within this month you can dispose of the damaged/defect items.
