• What is the delivery time?

    Delivery from our warehouse in Denmark normally takes 1-5 business days within Europe. If you place your order before 12 AM UTC +1 on workdays, we will send your order the same day.

    How much is the shipping cost?

    We offer free shipping for orders above 40 EUR. For orders under that amount we will add a shipping fee of 4-6 EUR - dependend on your shipping country.

    How do I return an order?

    At the moment, we offer free returns on orders placed to Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Germany. You will receive a free return shipping label with your order. We also have a 90 days return policy, because we want you to be happy with your purchase.

    How do I change / cancel my order?

    Call or email us with your inquiry. If you need to change / cancel your order, we can cancel the order if it hasn't left the warehouse. If the order has left the warehouse, place a new order and return the wrong order.

    I double ordered! What do I do?

    Call or email us with your inquiry. We can cancel the order if it hasn't left the warehouse already.

    My product is broken/damages. What do I do?

    Send an email with a picture of the broken item to webshop@pilgrim.net. If you have any further questions contact our Customer support at +45 63 33 33 33 .  We are available during business days 9 am to 3 pm (UTC+1).
