WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

Delivery from our warehouse in Denmark normally takes 1-5 business days within Europe. If you place your order before 12 AM UTC +1 on workdays, we will send your order the same day.

HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING COST?

We offer free shipping for orders above 50 GBP. For orders under that amount we will add a shipping fee of 4-6 EUR - dependend on your shipping country.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER?

At the moment, we offer free returns on orders placed to Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Germany. You will receive a free return shipping label with your order. We also have a 90 days return policy, because we want you to be happy with your purchase.

HOW DO I CHANGE / CANCEL MY ORDER?

Call or email us with your inquiry. If you need to change / cancel your order, we can cancel the order if it hasn't left the warehouse. If the order has left the warehouse, place a new order and return the wrong order.

I DOUBLE ORDERED! WHAT DO I DO?

Call or email us with your inquiry. We can cancel the order if it hasn't left the warehouse already.

MY PRODUCT IS BROKEN/DAMAGES. WHAT DO I DO?

Send an email with a picture of the broken item to: webshop@pilgrim.net. We are available during business days 8 am to 10 pm (UTC+1). Saturday - Sunday: 9 am to 4 pm (UTC+1).
