    Being a pilgrim means staying curious and open to change. That mindset shapes our approach to responsibility and sustainability. It’s not about quick wins or perfect solutions, but about long-term thinking, steady action, and full transparency.

    We have been proud members of the UN Global Compact since 2007 and align our operations with its Ten Principles on human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption. We support the UN Sustainable Development Goals, with a particular focus on Goal 12: Responsible Consumption and Production, Goal 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth and Goal 13: Climate Action. This is where we believe we can make the greatest difference.

We define clear KPIs and measurable targets to track our sustainability efforts, and each year we publish a sustainability report outlining goals, results, and areas for improvement. Through ongoing monitoring and communication, we strengthen accountability and trust.
